Titan Chili Tofu

This is great tasting tofu dish that is easy to prepare; ideal for those times when you like to spice things up a bit!

Ingredients

8 oz of extra-firm tofu, drained, divided into 4 pieces

1 tbsp of rice vinegar

1 tbsp of soy sauce

½ tsp of hot chili sauce

# ½ tsp of ginger, minced

½ teaspoon salt, (divide)

1 pinch of black pepper

How to make:

Combine vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, and ginger in a small bowl. Sprinkle the tofu with salt & pepper.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the tofu until browned on both sides, or 3 minutes for each side.

Add the soy sauce mixture and cook for half a minute, constantly stirring.

Transfer to serving dish.
